    • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
    • Pack the product securely, including all original accessories and documentation.
    • Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Exceptions
