Returns

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the product securely, including all original accessories and documentation.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept exchanges for products within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Exchange Process:

- We will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to return the original product.

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs for the original product unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Exchange Confirmation: Once we receive the original product and inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria, we will process the exchange and ship the requested product to you. Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be adjusted accordingly.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
